Fulham’s Under-19s continued their outstanding start to the youth tournament in Germany by winning their final two group games to finish top of Group 4.

Fulham beat Hamburg 2-1 in their first game of the afternoon and completed the preliminary round action with a 1-0 success over SV BW Bilshausen this evening. Kit Symons’ side finished top of their group with an unbeaten record, only drawing one of their six games and finishing with 16 points. The goal the Whites conceded against Hamburg today was the only one they let in throughout the group stages.

Fulham have now qualified for the second round, which sees the remaining teams drawn in groups of three. The Whites have been drawn with Polonia Warsaw and VfL Wolfsburg in Group C and will kick off their campaign against Wolfsburg tomorrow morning.
