According to Dutch press reports, Bryan Ruiz has turned down the chance to move to Fulham.
The FC Twente star claims to have been offered the chance to have teamed up with Dutch manager Martin Jol at Fulham but has decided against making the move to Craven Cottage. Whether Fulham would have been able to meet Twente’s £13m valuation is a moot point. The article goes on to claim that Spurs are still interested in signing the Costa Rican winger.
