Arsenal are the latest Premier League to express an interest in signing Fulham midfielder Mousa Dembele, according to various reports this afternoon.

The Gunners are known to be admirers of the Belgian playmaker, who has had a stellar run of form since being switched into a midfield role by Martin Jol before Christmas. Arsenal would have to see off interest from north London rivals Tottenham and Liverpool in order to sign the 24 year-old, with Fulham determined to hold out for their £15m asking price.

Dembele has a year to run on his current deal at Craven Cottage. Fulham are keen to keep hold of one of their prized assets, although they know they would not be able to match Arsenal’s wage structure.
