Fulham striker Andy Johnson is a doubt for Saturday’s home game against Birmingham City after picking up a slight hamstring injury in training.
Mousa Dembele (ankle) and Bobby Zamora (leg) are also out which could mean Diomansy Kamara is given his third start of the season.
Rafik Halliche (thigh), Frederik Stoor (groin), and Phillipe Senderos (Achilles) are also unavailable.
