Fulham have apparently revived their interest in Liverpool’s Finnish youth international Laurie Dalla Valle.

The Whites were interested in bringing Dalla Valle, a talented striker who has impressed in Liverpool’s reserves, to Craven Cottage around this time last year but the move never materialised. It is believed that Fulham scout Malcolm Elias, who had worked with Dalla Valle at Liverpool, is behind the club’s continued interest in the Finland under-19 international, who has not been able to break into the first-team picture at Anfield.

Roy Hodgson has apparently sanctioned the release of Dalla Valle and Swedish midfielder Alex Kacaniklic. The pair may be used as makeweights in the transfer of Paul Konchesky, who is expected to undergo a medical on Merseyside over the weekend.
