There have been various rumours lately about Wenger looking to buy our big Aussie Goalkeeper. Everyone is aware of the 2 mistake prone keepers the Gunners already employ and many believe that the way forward at Aresnal is to obtain the services of a good solid keeper. No one can blame him for taking a look at Schwarzer after the 2 magnificant seasons the guy has had. Although it would certainly be a massive loss if he went! Schwarzer however has dismissed the links, claiming that he hasn’t heard about them and that his future remains with Fulham.
“I haven’t heard anything other than what’s been said or written in the papers, so it’s purely speculative at the moment,” he told ABC Sport.
“I’ve got another year left on my contract at Fulham and I’ve really enjoyed my time at Fulham and I’m enjoying it and I see my future at the moment with Fulham.
“I don’t see anything changing unless someone tells me otherwise.”
