I don’t know what to make of this. West Ham can clearly see our fixture list and the size of our squad! The players just couldn’t go on like this. All this is, is that West Ham know that they are in trouble and have started making excuses early. I quite like Zola but I don’t like West Ham.
plus they are pissed that we are sueing them already.

There’s a huge difference between resting players and “fielding a weakened team”.
I don’t know what the rules are regarding this, or if there are any, but it seems way too subjective to be anything that could be enforced. What’s to stop Roy from saying “oh, well I thought Simon Davies looked better in practice this past week, so we gave him the start”? And how is anybody to prove that that isn’t true? West Ham are wasting their time.
Maybe Fulham should lose to Wigan this weekend just for good measure.
