David Trezeguet looked to have put the tie beyond Fulham, but Juventus were rocked by a fabulous fightback. Bobby Zamora equalised and then Zoltan Gera put the home side in front just before the break. Gera kept his cool to convert an early second half penalty and substitute Clint Dempsey produced a sublime chip to give Roy Hodgson’s side an aggregate lead.
