Interesting team news from the KC just in. Below is my guess as to how Hodgson will set Fulham up but they could play an entirely different way. Lots of changes but surprisingly it’s Dempsey up front and not Okaka. Smalling into central defence, a return for Dikgacoi to midfield, presumably one of Konchesky/Shorey operating in front of the other on the left and a rare league start for Riise.
