Dickson Etuhu hailed the goalscoring contributions of Damien Duff and Bobby Zamora – and revealed that the England hopeful tucks away free-kicks with great regularity down at Motspur Park.
Fulham staged a second half comeback to beat Birmingham 2-1 yesterday despite suffering the worst possible start when Chris Baird headed into the top corner of his own net. Duff levelled matters with an impressive long-range strike before Zamora won it with a 90th minute set-piece.
It was a great strike from Bobby. He does it all the time in training so it didn’t really surprise the players. He’s a great player and is having a great season.
Duffer scored a similar goal earlier this season. He likes cutting in and shooting and it’s something you see him doing a lot.
