I’ve already heard that at least twice tonight and then I read it again on the completley non-biased BBC site
Fulham goal: That is surely the best goal Bobby Zamora has ever scored. The soon-to-be England striker picks up the ball from Zoltan Gera and smashes a glorious right-foot shot into the top corner from 20 yards. His 14th goal of the season and an absolute cracker.
It’s a nice thought, isn’t it? Even from the perspective of a Northern Ireland supporter I quite like the idea of having a Fulham player on the England squad. I hope he gets his chance, especially ahead of the rather useless Heskey.
Aren’t you required to screw a teammates wife in order to play for England?
Danny thinks so too:
“You can see his confidence is sky-high, he has got better each month with his goal scoring, confidence and all-round game.
If he carries on the way he is, he’s got to have a shout at the England squad.”
