Fulham have been drawn against Accrington Stanley or Gillingham in the fourth round of the FA Cup. Depending on how the third round tie turns out, it’s either a great day or a horrid one.

I’ve never been to Stanley and would like to. Nobody, though, needs reminding of what happened at Gillingham a few years ago and I don’t want to go back there in a hurry. Accrington are eleventh in League Two whilst Gillingham currently sit seventeenth in League One, two points off the relegation zone.

Their game was called off on Saturday – as yet there isn’t a rescheduled date for them to try again in Lancashire.
