Fulham’s very own Roy Hodgson got a fair few mentions on a special programme on BBC Radio 5 Live last night about the lack of leading English coaches and managers.
Steve McClaren talked him up as a potential England manager, whilst Terry Venables was also full of praise for Hodgson’s achievements. The panel, which also included Tony Adams, didn’t seem to arrive at too many practical conclusions but it was a good listen.
