Only this morning I was talking to a friend suggesting that Andy Johnson has done well in these types of fixtures for Fulham before – and was in need of a goal to end a frustrating run since he returned to the first team three weeks ago. Lo and behold, the team news comes in and AJ’s out with a knee injury. Erik Nevland starts up front, presumably with Zoltan Gera playing in the hole, where he’s been impressive this season. Toni Kallio fills in Paul Konchesky at left back and Bjorn Helge Riise comes in on the right.
