Bobby Zamora will postpone plans to play for Trinidad & Tobago in the hope of being called up by England boss Fabio Capello.

The Fulham striker was due to make his debut for the Soca Warriors, for whom he qualifies through his father, earlier in the season but couldn’t travel for their World Cup qualifiers having picked up an injury.
