Fulham’s home game with Sunderland has been rescheduled for Sunday 6 December as a result of the club’s European commitments.
The match against the Black Cats at Craven Cottage has been pushed back a day – to kick off at 3pm – to give Fulham further rest following the Europa League group game against CSKA Sofia on Thursday 3 December.
