Brede Hangeland is expected to return to the Fulham side at West Ham on Sunday.

The Norway captain played at Wolves despite carrying an ankle injury and passed a fitness test to start against Arsenal last weekend. He was left out of last night’s European win over FC Basel but should come in to play alongside Aaron Hughes, who was on the bench at Craven Cottage last night.

Damien Duff is definitely out with a calf injury that forced him off against Arsenal and Simon Davies remains a doubt as Fulham look to manage his recovery from a stress fracture in his foot. Dickson Etuhu may replace Jonathan Greening in central midfield.

Matthew Upson should retake his place at the heart of the West Ham defence having missed the Hammers’ last two matches with a calf strain. Valon Behrami is also available for selection again, although promising midfielder Jack Collision is unavailable because of his knee injury.
