Interesting little snippet from Off The Post.
Apparently, John Terry and Bobby Zamora often go fishing together. The pair were team-mates on Sunday youth team Senrab FC, where Paul Konchesky also played. Terry certainly enjoys it.
I really got into fishing when I was younger and would spend hours attempting to make the elusive big catch. Obviously it’s more difficult to find the time these days but when I get a quiet moment I tend to go off, rod in hand.
I can sit there for hours, turn my mobile off and watch the world go by. I also have a great laugh and often go with Bobby Zamora from Fulham. My biggest catch is a 28lb carp, but over the years I’ve landed a few decent size fish.
