Arsene Wenger generated some headlines in the week by saying he won’t retire and it looks like our Roy feels the same way.

It’s about the energy levels and ambition you are able to maintain. Arsene has plenty of both and Sir Alex Ferguson is the same. I haven’t thought about retirement either and I like to think I have that similar drive and energy that can keep me going.Arsene is irreplaceable given the job he has done at Arsenal. He has been there for almost 13 years and when he does move on, it’s going to be hard to replace him.
It doesn’t matter whether you are 35 or 65 it’s about what is within you. Some coaches, even younger ones, get tired and decide to give it up.
