Diomansy Kamara has apparently had a bust-up with Roy Hodgson after the Fulham manager turned down a loan bid from Newcastle.
Sunday’s People carried a report suggesting that the Senegalese forward was upset that he would not be allowed to join the Magpies on loan, although that seems to go against Kamara’s recent pronouncements that he was happy to stay at Craven Cottage. Indeed, Hodgson’s refusal to let Kamara leave might indicate that the forward remains in his plans.
Tribal Football reckon that Chris Hughton still thinks a deal could be struck between the two parties.
Dunno if i should believe this. Would be weird since, as you say, Kamara himself said that he was happy at Fulham.
Yes and I think it would be foolish to let one of our extra strikers go, even on loan, as that is the area where we don’t have as many numbers!
Yeah, I make you right Lydia. That might well be why Roy chose to keep Kamara at the club. Also, out of all our strikers, Joe is the one who has that ability to do something unpredictable or special. Yes, he can be very frustrating but he can also dumbfound defenders at times.
…if tribal football said they were a bunch of Australian hacks making up and creating speculation – I wouldn’t beleive them..!
