David Elm’s agent has given an interview to Eurosport.
In it, he says that Fulham’s usually rigorous medical has been cut in half with the transfer deadline approaching and that they may rely on the reports from the Kalmar club doctor. Both the player and the agent are hopeful that things will be concluded by the close of the transfer window but it remains to be seen whether this will be the case.
The major sticking point actually seems to be Elm’s wage demands. The report suggests that the parties are struggling to come to an agreement, which doesn’t seem too promissing.
