Roy Hodgson has told Sky Sports that Fulham are in talks with West Brom over the transfer of Jonathan Greening.
Negotiations are ongoing and have been for a long time. I’ve been led to believe we’re getting closer to a conclusion. Jonathan is keen to come and he’d be a great addition to our squad in the same way Damien (Duff) is.
He can play on the left and also centrally. He will put pressure on Danny Murphy and Dickson Etuhu. If Greening comes in that will be close to the end, we might want one more player. But if we don’t sign anyone else I’ll still be happy with the squad as it is.
