No doubt taking their cue from Kagiso Dikgacoi’s imminent arrival (we haven’t signed him yet), the South African version of Football 365 have an intriguing article on Fulham’s South African past, which is a lot more extensive than I’d realised.
Granted, I did recall Gavin Nebbeling, who signed from Crystal Palace in 1989 but picked up a bad injury that greatly reduced his effectiveness, and Andre Arendse, the goalkeeper who never really got a run in the side, but the rest of the players were complete unknowns to me. Very interesting stuff.

Thanks for the kind words about the layout. Not sure about the messageboard. Our articles tend to generate a fair bit of conversation now and we’ve got two high quality messageboards already IMO (TIFF and Friends of Fulham) so it would be difficult to compete with that. Would be interested to hear your opinion though.
