The News of the Screws says that we are interested in signing Andre Bikey from Reading.
Apparently, both Fulham and Stoke are keen on offering the Cameroon centre back a quick return to the top flight. Bikey has a £3m release clause in his contract. I’d be surprised if this one happened – if only for the simple reason that Bikey struck me as the Royals version of Zat Knight and I could do without frustrating errors keeping my heart fluttering throughout the season.
