Just spotted the briefest of lines in yesterday’s Daily Mail suggesting that Fulham may mount a rival bid to that of Blackburn for Franco Di Santo.
It was thought that the Italian striker, introduced off the bench with increasing regularity last season by Chelsea, would be moving to Ewood Park on loan as a replacement for Roque Santa Cruz.
