This rumour should come with a Tribal Football-rider but it looks like we are in a battle with Crystal Palace to secure the services of the high-related Fiorentina goalkeeper Vlada Avramov.
Avramov is highly-rated in Italy but has slipped down to third in the Viola pecking order, behind Sebastien Frey and Marco Storari. With David Stockdale likely to be heading out on loan again this season, we’ll need cover for Mark Schwarzer and Pascal Zuberbuhler.
