According to the Sun, Fulham look set to beat off the challenge of Portsmouth to sign Felipe Lopes.
The Nacional left back, 23, has apparently been the subject of a £2m bid from Fulham. It’s thought that the prospect of European football would make Craven Cottage an attractive proposition.
