Hameur Bouazza is heading back to Fulham after Birmingham boss Alex McGleish decided against signing him on a permanent basis.
Bouazza joined Birmingham on loan in January but the Blues baulked at the asking price of £3m.
We’ve got to be careful what we do with the resources that we’ve got and unfortunately Hameur is a little too rich for us.
