Speaking of Brede Hangeland, the big central defender wants Fulham to build on their progress made during this fine season next term.
Hangeland was a key part of Fulham’s exceptional defence, which helped carry the club to seventh in the league and a place in the Europa League.
I think we’ve exceeded expectations a little bit this year. We should be very happy with what we’ve achieved this season and we’re in a much stronger position than we were 12 months ago.
Hopefully we can do well in the league and Europe next season.
