Fulham scouts will keep a close eye on Slovenian striker Zlatko Dedic as he leads the line against Northern Ireland tonight.
Dedic, 24, has been in good form for Serie B side Frosinone this season and the west London club are keen to see him in action. Ironically, one of the man who will be trying to keep him in check will be Aaron Hughes, the Northern Irish skipper, and one of Dedic’s potential team-mates should he seal a move to Fulham.
Dedic made 16 league appearances for Parma before being loaned out to Empoli and Cremonese in successive seasons. He left Parma on Bosman in 2007, but got his break when he scored 10 goals in 22 games whilst he was on loan at Piacenza in the following year. He scored his first goal for Slovenia in a 1-1 draw with Poland last September.
