EPL talk has a post up explaining our recent revival.

I think it might have something to do with the fact that we’ve sold two of the players hugging Jimmy Bullard in the photograph.

But, seriously, I hate to disagree with a piece about Fulham but there some points that need to be rebutting. Firstly, although our home record has been particularly impressive this season, it has been our form at Craven Cottage that has kept us in this league ever since we came up. Chris Coleman made a decent start at fixing our away form but it never really materialised.

I’d also disagree with the assertion that Andy Johnson and Bobby Zamora have been largely ineffective. As Roy himself has said, Johnson has scored six goals now and been involved in a few more. Although Bobby’s not been sharp in front of goal, his contribution has to be measured in more than goals. He’s certainly been a presence up front and has unsettled some big name defenders (especially King and Woodgate at the Cottage in November).

Other than that, it’s a pretty good read.
