The Times is linking us with a January transfer window move for the highly-rated Watford midfielder John-Joe O’Toole.
O’Toole has been in fine form this season scoring eight goals and looks a very useful player at Championship level. His pedigree has obviously interested Wolverhampton Wanderers, who were perceived to be in prime position to sign O’Toole, but the Championship leaders have had a player-plus-cash offer rejected. Watford are apparently keener on a straight cash deal.
