Lawrie Sanchez claims referees are ‘costing’ Fulham on a regular basis following the 2-1 defeat to Bolton.

The Fulham boss was in an angry mood after witnessing his team lose in extra-time in the third round of the Carling Cup.

Sanchez was unhappy that Diomansy Kamara had a goal disallowed for offside in the first period of extra-time while the score was 1-1.

Replays suggested that the Senegal striker was in an onside position when he diverted in David Healy’s shot.

With Fulham having been victims of unjust decisions already this season, Sanchez hit out at the quality of officiating.

“These referees are just not up to it, and something has to be done,” said Sanchez.

“They are costing us week in, week out with their decisions.

“I don’t know whether they think they are coming to little Fulham just to enjoy a nice outing, but i think it is ridiculous what they are doing.”
