Lawrie Sanchez has launched a £4million bid for Blackburn striker Jason Roberts.
Fulham boss Sanchez wants Roberts, 29, to replace the injured Brian McBride and is desperate to complete a deal before the deadline closes. The Whites already failed with a £2.5m offer for the experienced striker last month.
