Roma striker Vincenzo Montella is in London to finalise the details of his loan move to Fulham.

The 32 year-old striker is expected to seal a six-month switch to Craven Cottage having struggled for game time under Luciano Spalletti this season. Montella has scored 84 goals in 180 appearances since signing for Roma in 1999 and was a regular scorer of decisive goals as the club won the Serie A title in 2001.

Montella flew into London on Wednesday night whilst Fulham were drawing 2-2 at Charlton Athletic and the loan move is expected to be concluded next week.
