Fulham boss Chris Coleman has called for the “coward” who hit Claus Jensen on the head with a coin to be jailed.
Jensen was struck after scoring the goal in the 1-0 win against Everton.
“I hope the offender is identified. It was a coward who threw the coin. Send him to prison or somewhere away from football,” said Coleman. “Generally the behaviour of football fans around the country has got a hell of a lot better but there is no excuse for that absolute nonsense.”
