Claus Jensen has revealed he is considering his future at Fulham after becoming frustrated with a lack of first team opportunities.

The Danish midfielder has seen his Craven Cottage career ravaged by injuries since he moved from Charlton in July 2004. He has made just one appearance for Fulham this season – in the shock League Cup defeat by Wycombe last month – and believes a lack of regular football will harm his international career.

“If I don’t play regularly, they’ve no interest in keeping me,” the 29 year-old told BT. “The manager thinks he cannot depend on me because I have had two seasons plagued by many injuries. Therefore, he bought players for my position. That he has assessed other options is the reality of the situation.

“I have got to consider that. All my tests have shown that I am physically fit. Everything else, Chris Coleman must explain.”
