After the 2-1 victory over Charlton on Monday young Liam Rosenior has been on the receiving end of a lot of criticism. I agree that he didn’t have a good game on Monday, but give the guy a break.
This morning I read an interview with Peter Cechs dad and it seems Peter might be out for at least a year. He might not even be returning to football as a player at all. I wish Chelsea all the troubles in the world, but when it comes down to individuals I really don’t wish injuries like this to happen to my worst enemy.
Get well Peter, and make sure to come back to professional football soon. I’d love to see Boa Morte put the ball in the net behind you again.
It is impossible to open up any newspaper today without having to see articles en masse about the CFC-Barca game tonight. I’ll watch the game like many others, but I’m starting to get a bit annoyed with the massive media coverage about this game – it’s NOT that big!
VAYA BARCA!

By the way, Nick, I’m completely with you on Sven… England were lucky to have him come in and straighten things out. That it didn’t work out is partly due to luck (2004), partly the players, and partly the English culture (too big an issue to discuss!).. and partly Sven too. But it’s very complicated and I’m staggered at the negativity aimed at him. The BBC, for example, should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such a bunch of halfwits (Wright, Hansen, Lineker) to continually denigrate the man who gave (and to be fair took, he he) so much. Rant over, but there we go.
Keep up the good work

Hey Claude,
Nice of you to stop by 🙂 Rest assured I visit your blog daily too 🙂 I like your in dept look at Liam. Will comment more when I got the time. Also thank you for the support regarding Sven. I know many english fans who gives him credit for what he did, but it seems like the most vocal ones are the ones jumping the bandwagon first.
I still blame the media for his failure!
See ya around buddy!
