Chris Coleman believes Fulham new boy Jimmy Bullard will become a fans’ favourite after his move from Wigan.
The midfielder, 27, completed a £2.5m switch to Craven Cottage in May and has already impressed his new boss.
“Jimmy is top quality. He’s integrated into the squad as if he’s always been here,” Coleman told the Fulham website.
“He just oozes enthusiasm and our supporters are going to absolutely love him. The way he plays means he’s going to be a hero, no doubt about it.”
Bullard made his Cottagers debut in Saturday’s pre-season friendly against Exeter and Coleman says he has already made an impact.
“He’s got tremendous character and his attitude in training is the best I’ve seen,” Coleman added.
