Chris Coleman is concerned that Claus Jensen’s groin injury could bring a premature end to his injury-plagued season with Fulham.

The Danish international has been consigned to the sidelines since the 1-0 loss to Wigan at the end of October, and his manager now believes that he may not return before the summer.

“Claus’s injury is taking a lot of time,” Coleman admitted. “It’s been three months with the same problem.”

The Cottagers midfielder is no stranger to the treatment room as his time at Fulham has been constantly blighted by injury.

Just four matches into his Craven Cottage career, Jensen injured his calf and was also bothered by the recurrence of an old back injury.
