Niclas Jensen is still being troubled by a groin problem and it has cost him another Danish cap.
The Fulham defender is struggling to shake off the injury, which has been causing him discomfort for the past four months.
It means that Jensen will sit out the international friendly with Israel next week.
“I am, of course, very sad to miss out on the first international this year,” he told TV2.
“But it is now just a matter of getting fit.”
The 31-year-old, who has represented Denmark 43 times, cost £750,000 from Borussia Dortmund in the summer and has made 14 starts for The Cottagers.
