FULHAM boss Chris Coleman has been rushed to hospital suffering from suspected blood poisoning.
The Welshman, 36, complained of feeling ill on Monday and spent the night in hospital.
Coleman is believed to have suffered a recurrence of the blood poisoning which hospitalised him for two weeks in March 2004.
His pre-match Press conference for the FA Cup replay with Leicester was cancelled at late notice.
But he was released from hospital yesterday and is expected to take charge of the Craven Cottage clash tonight.
The latest scare for the former Blackburn and Crystal Palace star, who lives in Surrey, is less serious than the one almost three years ago.
His initial problem was a complication from a broken leg — suffered in a car crash which effectively finished his playing career in 2001 — when a metal support bolt appeared to infect his bloodstream.
Coleman’s illness, though, has delayed Fulham’s £3million signing of Everton midfielder Simon Davies.
The Welsh ace, 27, has been lined up to replace Luis Boa Morte, after the former captain made a £5m switch to West Ham two weeks ago.
