Fulham have allowed teenage defender Liam Fontaine to rejoin Yeovil Town on loan.

Fontaine spent the first half of last season with The Glovers and made 18 appearances for Gary Johnson’s side.

He then headed to Scotland for a spell with Kilmarnock as he waits to make the breakthrough at Craven Cottage.

The 19-year-old has made just two appearances for Fulham and has been given permission to move to Huish Park until the end of December.

Glovers boss Johnson is delighted to have brought Fontaine back to the club ahead of interest from other teams.

“Liam did fantastically well for us last season and I’m sure that everybody remembers him,” Johnson said.

“He had a couple of other clubs interested in him but chose to come back to Yeovil and we are very pleased with that.”
