Fulham won’t be pursuing their interest in Rangers full-back Michael Ball after developing concerns over his injury history.
Manager Chris Coleman said: “Michael is a player we like but that is as far as it has gone. It’s not that we have lost interest, but there are one or two other faces we are looking at. We have really stringent medicals. Michael’s unfortunate past couple of seasons, with his knee problems, is something we have had to take into account. The interest was tentative and we haven’t made any bids.”
