The Austria international midfielder Rene Aufhauser, targeted by Fulham, has joined Everton for their pre-season training camp near Graz.
The Grazer AK player, who played against Liverpool in qualifying for last season’s Champions League and would cost around £1.5m, had been expected to join Fulham but will now be assessed by David Moyes ahead of a potential move to Goodison Park.
