ADO Den Haag have handed a trial to Fulham midfielder Sean Doherty.
The 20-year-old has been deemed surplus to requirements at Craven Cottage and has been seeking out a new club since January.
Doherty, who had a loan spell at Blackpool last term, had been linked with Chester, but it would appear as if he is prepared to head to mainland Europe in a bid to find a new club.
ADO have brought Doherty to the Netherlands and are ready to hand him a deal if he impresses in the next few weeks.
