Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho singled out Chris Coleman as the best coach in the Premier League during his latest press conference this afternoon.
The Fulham manager and his Chelsea counterpart have struck up something of a bond since the controversial Portuguese boss moved to England and Mourinho was fulsome in his praise of Coleman’s motivational qualities.
“I like Middlesbrough. I like Steve McClaren. However, the coach that I like best in English football is Chris Coleman. He is a great leader. The messages he sends to his team in the good and bad moments mean he can coach a great team. He has presence. He’s able to change his team in a game.”
