Former Scotland boss Craig Brown wants Gary Naysmith for Fulham.
Brown, recently installed in as yet unconfirmed advisory capacity at Craven Cottage, has urged Fulham boss Chris Coleman to sign the Everton star. The Whites are desperate to bring in a left back before the close of the transfer window after a deal to bring in Ben Thatcher from Manchester City collapsed.
Brown believes that Naysmith, who he handed his international debut, fits the bill. The former Hearts full back, who has been previously been a target for Celtic, is out of contract at Goodison Park at the end of the season.
