Fulham remain hopeful of persuading goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar to pledge his future to Craven Cottage.
Manager Chris Coleman said: “I talked with Edwin about the situation. We’re hoping to set something up with his agent but nothing has been organised.
“The relationship between Fulham and Edwin van der Sar has always been great and that hasn’t changed. We want to keep him at the club.”
Coleman also revealed he expects Steed Malbranque to stay at the club.
Van der Sar recently lost his place to 35-year-old Mark Crossley, but is now back in the side.
Malbranque is reported to be another target for several of Fulham’s Premiership rivals, but Coleman denied any offers have been received.
Coleman said: “Steed is a good player who has been linked with other teams but we’ve had no phone calls about him. We love having him at Fulham and want to keep him.”
