Chris Coleman is preparing to field a much-changed side for Wednesday’s League Cup tie against Boston United,
The Fulham boss told his pre-match press conference this afternoon that he will be missing a number of key players.
“Andy Cole and Papa are going to be suspended for the forthcoming games. Sylvain Legwinski, Zat Knight and Ian Pearce all have niggling injuries so we’ve got to protect them. We still haven’t got Lee Clark, Jerome Bonnissel and Carlos Bocanegra available.
“Whilst I respect the competition, I know that our priority is the league. I’ve still got to be careful of who I field because if we lose certain players, we’ve got no back up.”
